3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with:
- Service providers who perform work on our behalf — for example payment processors, hosting providers, and messaging providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that work. These providers are contractually bound to protect the information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Mix Group, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Information sharing for SMS is limited exclusively to subcontractors and service providers who support the delivery of the messages themselves — for example, our messaging platform and telecom carriers — and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
Program description. If you provide your mobile number and consent, The Mix Group may send you text messages relating to your account and your orders, such as production status updates, delivery notifications, and responses to enquiries you initiate.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
